I gave this item 4 Stars because the instructions are horribly hard to understand ( I actually had better luck by going into my order and just looking at all the photos) As far as the actual item I very much like it. It is heavy duty and the bars are thick and so much heavier then lots of the free standing clothes racks. I put loads of clothes on it already and it is fine. I would recommend this item

I love the item but the directions need help !!!

Might I suggest words within your instructional booklet. Some of us like to read and confirm that we are putting things together properly, the pictures miss a few details. I was not expecting this to be as big as it was, holy donuts. It took more time than it should have taken to put it together. Be careful, metal is heavy and can't be sharp when you're popping the poles over the buttons. Have a hammer on standby to tap your bottom portion together so you can attached the heavy duty wheels. I am still trying to get the bottom shelves to attach over the bottom poles, they definitely do not fit over them at all. Guess I'll have to buy some zip ties and make it fit. 
Overall it's a great rack, just have patience and backup it o help.

Material is pretty good, shiny metal, actual load capacity is not exactly 600 pounds as advertised, it is exactly 308.6 pounds according to the catalog.

ADVERTISING IS NOT RIGHT

Decent but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a VERY difficult time putting this together I had to take it all apart once and start all over. numerous times I just wanted to put it back in the box and return. Directions are not explicit. Finally done. I have a different clothes rack I also purchased from Walmart and feel that one is sturdier than this new one. I would not advise buying this
