I now have this installed for 10 months, and it's working fine.  I installed it bellow my kitchen sink because the kitchen is too far from the hot water tank and it took 55 seconds for the hot water to get to the sink.  Now with this heater, hot water comes out after 3 seconds, and whenever the regular hot water makes it to the kitchen, the instant water heater just turns off automatically.

I've had to turn down the water pressure to gain hotter water. So it takes longer to fill a bathtub, this is why I gave it a 4 star. I put it in a vintage travel trailer, suggest a bigger unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the min output to activate the hot water is barely less than the max output. you can get enough hot water to barely washyou hands. its constant but a huge let down on the volume of water vs the amps it uses.
