Very solid and well built unit. Impressive weight and finish. 
After unboxing, I used the grinder to grind 11 lbs of pork and fat for sausage making.  The grinder worked very well and it only took me less than 10 minutes. Clean up was super easy. 
I would definitely recommend this to a friend. And the price was very reasonable.

Great product. All truly stainless and does great work grinding meats. Easy to assemble and clean.

Manual meat grinder

It's Smooth sharp, easy to clean. You can take it anywhere. I like to grind up my trimmed beef striploin fat and add it to my elk at 70/30 ratio great for burgers. Done ground spiced ham, salami, sausage, and ground brisket burgers too.

Just run the plates and blade over some 300-400 grit sandpaper in 4 directions to keep things flat and sharp.

Portable Great Grinder

The grinder works very well. Easy to assemble  and disassemble  and cleaning is a snap. Dishwasher safe no gross aluminum oxidizing all stainless steel. Only 2 plates however could user a 3rd stuffer plate for sausage making ends up grinding finer than desired,after second pass
