Easy set up and comfortable.
 A little bit too pricey for a stool.

Good chair. As others have mentioned, out of box , it is set up for a left handed assistant. However, the hand rest has pre drilled holes to change orientation. Took about 5 minutes to switch the hand rest orientation for a right handed assistant. Great value overall

Beautiful chair but the instructions are rather convoluted. They provide you with an Allen key but no instructions on where to use it?? Additionally, they don't state that you should remove the black cover because it's not pictured in the actual manual… 

3 confusing starts out of 5 because the product itself is most impressive and practical for tattooing.
