This is exactly what I was hoping for when I bought it. It is relatively light. It works perfectly everytime. Once hung from the ceiling it has transformed our space. I'm so glad I didn't opt for a manual screen. When we are done watching TV, we turn off the projector and hit one button to roll up the screen and it's basically invisible. The mounting options are fixed at the ends of the unit so you might need to build some blocking behind the wall or ceiling or use rope/chains to reach the joists. It doesn't appear to be the standard distance between joists and studs.
