I received this unit on time with no delays. Upon inspection, I noticed a small issue with the air deflector. VEVOR's support team responded quickly and provided a replacement part, which resolved the issue efficiently.

Since I am based in Canada, the season is already over and I have not had the opportunity to fully test the air conditioner in operation. I plan to run more tests next year when the weather permits.

Overall, my experience with VEVOR support has been excellent, and I appreciate their prompt service.

I was actually quite impressed with this unit. 
Remember that it is only 4250 BTU. It is not going to be ice cold. 
We purchased this unit to cool down our small truck camper. And it does a great job.
I watched a Youtube Video wit a reviewer running this on 12VDC and I tried as well. 
Surprise, it worked perfectly. Now to be safe, I only run 12VDC on eco mode (330 watts) and have had no issues.
I get about 3 hours straight, or 6-7 hours cycling, depending on outside temp. The fan is about 20 watts on its own.

Highly recommend for an inexpensive and effective unit.
