Strong enough for a 230 lb guy to do pullups and dips. Hardware all fit and the holes all lined up too. I'm tall, 6'2", and it works well for me. Price is awesome.

Great stand! It's very sturdy and does not wobble as I do chin ups or dips. There has been no creaking sound as I use it. 
My only complaint is that when I do leg raises, the back cushion is too far forward, even when I adjust it as far back as I can.
