Picked this up last spring for cleanup around my yard,  and to loan out to a few friends. 

So far;  the unit is doing perfectly well!

The build instructions were a LITTLE vague;  following them closely ends up with the unit unable to sweep as the raise/lower mechanism won't drop down low enough.   Flipping parts around fixes this. 

The "height adjust"  is (imo)  pretty poorly designed,  it relies on some "spacers"  to hold the sweeper at the correct height..  but the way the tow bar is attached you often need to attach the lawn sweeper at the lowest height (or even drop it lower than it can go!) 

With that aside;  the unit works great and was well less than half the price of any similar unit I can buy locally.   

When the brushes need replacing:  I'm not sure where I'll get these yet.   Not looking forward to that!

Like the other reviews, this was a little challenging to assemble, mostly because certain parts are identified with unusual names.  However, if you look at the pictures of the finished item while following the instructions, it's not too bad.  It works well, however it would never be mistaken for a high quality machine, which is why it is a lot less expensive than many others.  It works best behind a lawn tractor, since you can get the right angle for the tow bar.  It works behind an ATV, but not as well.  After using it 3 times, I had one of the wheels fall off.  Fortunately, there is a small hub cap on the wheel, which catches the nuts and washers so you won't lose any parts.  When I put the wheel back on, I noticed that there are 3 washers installed.  2 of them have a large center hole and go over the wheel hub flange.  If you use all 3, you can't tighten the nut properly, as the wheel will pinch against the back plate of the hub.  Of the 2 washers with larger center holes, install the thicker of the 2 and leave the other one off, then use the large washer with the small center hole and finaly the axle nut.  Now you can tighten the axle nut securely and the wheel will be able to spin freely.  It made a big difference with mine.

Seems to work very well so far on grass. Have to see how well it works on leaves.

Lawn rake

Assembly was difficult, because the description in the 'manual' is very hard to follow. It does not make it clear that it is being assembled on its side. It would be much better if the diagram distinguished clearly between the plastic floor and the netting. I was only able to do it after printing out a photo of the assembled item from another web site. To be blunt, the manual makes IKEA instructions look like a model of clarity. However, once done, I could assemble another one in 60 minutes or so.

Once assembled, it works well. You have to empty it out when the container is only partially full; otherwise it seems to deposit as much as it picks up.
