Ease Of Use

The Vevor ultrasonic cleaner is solid and does its job really well. My only suggestion would be to include a separate rinse tank in the package. Even if it made the set a bit more expensive, it would be really handy — after cleaning the records, you could simply place them in the rinse tank without having to swap out the main cleaning bath. It would make the whole process much easier and more convenient.

Cleans Records very well. 30c for 15 mins using Distilled Water + 30ml 99% Isopropyl Alcohol + few drops of Cascade Drying Agent. I do agree the motor should spin slower for possible better results.

For the drying stand, start with the two bottom bars in the bottom middle slot. Ensure the teeth are pointed at 45 degrees.  Place top two bars loosely upper outer slots. Use a record to adjust them to fit. The teeth must be at a 45 degree angle also. Holds the records very well.

Great Device!

I finally had the opportunity to use my ultra sonic vinyl cleaner today and I'm extremely happy with it. Very easy to set up and use and it did an awesome job of cleaning the first batch of over 1500 albums that have not seen any love in over thirty years! They came out looking as good or better than new. Sound quality is much improved. In doing the research, one of the complaints I heard quite often was that it is very noisy and I am very happy to say I don't know what they were complaining about. Of course it makes noise, it's mechanical, but absolutely NOT too loud. I used it in the same room I was in and it was fine. I can't recommend this machine highly enough. If you have albums that need to be cleaned, this machine will absolutely do the trick and at this price point you won't go wrong.

Awesome Unit!!

I finally got the time to put it together and clean some records it seems to work well I haven't tried the record yet I'm just doing it right now. I did check the noise output it's 80 DB which I did not think was that high. So far I like it

It does everything it was supposed to do. Purchased to clean my vinyl collection and it does so very well. Would recommend.

Very satisfied

I use this US with distilled water, tergitol and alcohol. Vacuum dry after. Records that were bordering on unplayable are now almost silent. Only downside is that you have to remove the record holder completely to put the lid on.

Clean records!

So the default speed is about 7.5 rpm which is about 7 times to fast.
  You will have to buy a secondary controller (under 20 dollars) to slow it down.
  The fit of the motor unit to the tank is a little cheesy you really need to work to get a perfect angle.
  In this price category there really is nothing better.
 The drain hose is junk.

spin speed is way too fast

Works great, sound is very annoying but I get it. I have it set up in the laundry room so as not to annoy the family. I have cleaned about 130 LP's so far figuring out little tips along the way. I like that it does 8 lp's at a time. I wish the threaded nuts were a quick release mechanism. Both of them as I raise the rotating mechanism up out is the water each time to let the LP's drip dry a few minuets before unloading them into the rack. Over all does a great job in cleaning my albums and I am very happy to have discovered it at this price point other wise I never would have gotten into Ultrasonic Cleaning.

ok.. i think this record cleaner is great .. i have cleaned at least 300 records so far with greatr results .....however ....i want vevor to do something for me .i want you to develop a record flttener . it flattens warped records .c'mon vevor !!! you can do it !!!!!!!!!!!

This is a pretty good machine.
It is not fancy, and the instructions are poor but it does work.
The record spinning mechanism is simple and straightforward and works quite well.
The included power supply is too strong and the motor rotates the record way too fast.  I substituted the included 24V power supply for a 5V power supply and further reduced its voltage with some inline resistors.  The resultant speed is 1.25 RPM which is still a bit fast but it is way better than the 6 rpm or more with the included power supply.
The machine is quite effective.
If you use any surfactant in the water you will need to follow up the ultrasonic cycle with a pure distilled water rinse.
People seem to hate the included drying rack, but with proper assembly and set up it is perfectly good.
For best results, don't clean more than 4 records at a time.  Parameters:  35°C, 15 min cycle.
Even apparently clean records will shed dirt that will be seen in the bottom of the tank.
Improvements in sound are not subtle.
