Works very well. It does warp a little bit where the flames are but does not affect the cooking unless it's something like eggs.
I use it mostly for cooking my breakfasts.

Great flattop! Little large to fit on a 30” cooktop, but on a 36” it's  awesome. Induction or gas… I don't think I'll ever put it on the grill.
