Gorgeous single faucet

Perfect!

I bought this faucet 2 months ago in the oil rubbed bronze color, and very happy I did. It looks high end and fits really well with my vessel sink.

Great Modern Look!

Even though there was a mix up and the wrong package that included the faucet and stopper with the sink was not what we got we finally got it worked out.  Just waiting now for the contractor to come and install the corrected pop up that actually says vigo on it to go with the Vigo sink.  All that aside we love the new sink !

Wrong faucet and pop up drain w/sink

I bought this drain six weeks ago and it's working well.  I followed the installation instructions but, when shut, the drain was not keeping the water in the sink.  I realized the provided silicone gasket was not adequate for my sink.  I used instead some plumber putty and it worked fine then.

Good quality

I bought two of these for my anticipated bathroom renovation. That was delayed so I finally didn't get my sinks in until early January. I love the look that I picked out. I just have one issue with the water flow. The one sink twice has had a depleted water flow and had to have somebody come out. The second time he came out he said he didn't know what was causing the problem. Do you have any advice in case it happens again? I really love the look of these faucets and the water flow issue was my only concern.

This is attractive, long lasting and well worth the money.  We did have a leak where the tail pipe connected to the drain.  After tow trys and a lot of pipe dope we managed to fix the leak.  A different gasket at that connection would be a good idea.

I installed a black pop-up drain a couple of months ago.  A white chalky residue developed around the periphery of the stopper that I could not removed with cleaners.  Customer Service recommended I soak the stopper with a vinegar solution, then wipe clean.  That worked perfectly.  Thank you.

I am not sure the contractor properly installed the door. As it is in installed the door does not open all the way, I'd say it opens only about 60 to 70%, still enough to get in the shower but....
2nd thing is, I am wondering if there is something you can put on the floor so that the water does not go out of the enclosure. As it is installed, there is about 1/4" clear from the floor and considerable amount of water comes out. I will send pictures if I receive a reply.
