It came well packed, and at 87 lbs I'm glad it was delivered to my door in just over a week.  I followed the full color manual as well as an online video to assemble it.  At 77, I opted for the trike over a 2 wheeler for its stability, and fun to ride.  The basket is very handy for travel gear and whatever.  So far I like my trike a lot.  It feels like I have the wind at my back.

Terrible.  Assembly:  front brake caliper did not fit the fork and wheel. First ride: first pedal stroke, the rear drive metal stripped, so no possibility to even ride the tricycle without front brakes.  Next, take the tricycle to a bike shop in hopes to save it.  The mechanic said they could not fix it as they could not find parts for it.  They also said that all the drive parts are made of extremely cheap metal that would not last.  I was just lucky it broke right away so I could return it and get the refund.  The company was good and helpful but they are selling a defective unusable product.  It was a heartbreaking and frustrating process.  DO NOT BUY.
