Excellent machine. Attractive with the decor. Drinking water very cold and clean tasting, hot water you could make a cup of tea with or instant coffee. I would recommend this product for use in the home.

I bought this to replace another bottom load water cooler (different brand) that still worked great but it  sprung a leak and couldn't be fixed. Everything works well on this model but I don't like the gloss black finish as it shows every finger mark and it's not as quiet as my previous one. I had a top load one lasted 22yrs replaced it with bottom load that lasted 8 yrs  and wouldn't go  back to flipping 18L bottles again . I've only had it for a week so hopefully it'll last as long as the other ones  I had.

The door latch on the lower part is broken. It is obviously broken before they ship it as they tried to fix it before shipping. I can see the adhesive tape on it. Very disappointed, im returning the item
