It's expensive in my opinion, but my son really loves it if your batteries barely start dying, it does get a little glitchy, but he really enjoys this music maker and the colors and the different lights that shines on the ceiling and right now he likes it inside the lamb I suspect when he gets a little bit older, he might want to take it out of the lamb, which is fine. It still works that way if you want to take just the music part with you on vacation or something and not even the whole lamb you could do that as well. It also plays Mary. Did you know which I appreciate that? It plays a Christian song you can't hear the words it's just the tune but still I thought that was pretty cool. My daughter has been sleeping with this since she was 1, the lights and music help her go to sleep at night which makes bedtime so much easier now, 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

Best purchase

This is so darling and it's a great idea and I love it that it' has  so many different functions. I know my Grandson will  just love it for his newborn. Can't wait for her to be born.

It is so precious highly recommend

I bought this for my special needs client, who doesn't sleep well at night…..she just really seems to like it, the color changing and the soft music! Her Mom really likes it, too!! Would definitely recommend it!!

This little lamb gives off a nice, calming light or reflects stars and a moon on the ceiling above the crib. Our great granddaughter loved listening to it and the seemed to enjoy the light. It comes with all kinds of songs and lullabies. I would recommend this V-tech toy to moms and grandparents.

Night light and sounds for babies

Purchased for my son and daughter in law. The music is soothing, and the lights are not overbearing. perfect gift.

Bought this as a gift for a baby shower after getting one very similar for my grandchild.  The feedback has been very positive.

Nice sleep companion for little ones.

My only recommendation to the maker is not to use string to tie the toy into packaging and then use the same string to keep music box in the toy. I was cutting away the string and cut the string that tied in the music box. 
My granddaughter age 0-6 months loves the stars and sounds at bedtime.

Too much string packaging but soothing sounds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item had weird strings that didn't seem to have a purpose. They were difficult to remove and left little loops behind. Still figuring out how it works.

Its cute and soft and is amazing when it does work. it worked the first night perfectly but then the next time it was used it continued to turn off agter 5 seconds even with the settings changed. I changed the batteries thinking that was the issue but nothing changed.

Dosent work.
