I highly recommend it for anyone who is caring for a dementia / elderly patient.  It's able to weed out excessive background noise which is great and small units so unobtrusive.  Others require wearers to push buttons but dementia patients might not even remember what the unit is and take it off/ discard.  No worries if someone falls and can't reach the unit.

I bought this product for my mom.  She has dementia and this product is used for safety.  She is able to ask for help if needed and can hear what's going on in other rooms.

Love the talk button feature and rechargeable battery it comes with. Has high and clear volume and great range.

Units work well. It was a bit pricey for the 2nd Parental Unit.

2 Parental Units a Plus, but pricey.
