[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. 
It is an interactive toy that comes with a little cup and 3 balls. The balls are not a choking hazard. I would mention that the packaging has a few plastic screws that keep in place the toy that would be a choking  hazard but as long as you unpack it carefully it’s not an issue. 
What I love about it is that the volume is just right. It does not have a volume key but it’s not loud at all (which a lot of kids toys are). I don’t think there are 40 songs and phrases, it became quite repetitive fast but the little guy is happy so who is counting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How cute is this dolphin toy!? It’s a basketball hoop that comes with 3 colorful balls and a little cup! My daughter gets so excited for bath time knowing she will get to play with it! It lights up, talks, and plays music! It was super easy to set up, not really any assembly required! It’s super safe with no choke-able parts and was easy to remove from the packaging! Bathtub has been a much more enjoyable time for all!

This Toy Makes Bathtime Oh So Fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute bath toy! My kids love this dolphin bath toy! There are so many features that keep them entertained and excited for baths! It plays songs as you shoot a ball through the hoop or push the little star. They also love the water feature part of it where you can pour water over the top. This goes through the dolphin quickly but they have no problem with having to add more again and again. The little hoop part of it keeps them entertained as they keep trying to make it in. It is a great “all in one” bath toy so you don’t have to have as many pieces in the tub for them to play with. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dunking Dolphin Hoop toy is so cute! My daughter loves playing with it during bath time. It's easy to use and safe to play with in the tub. Assembly is easy, just take it out of the box and stick to the tub wall with the suction cups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves this for bath time it’s a great toy. Even though it’s electric it’s safe to use in the bath. My only criticism is that the packaging was far too much for such a small toy. A lot of plastic clips which were unnecessary.

Bathtime fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This adds so much fun and enrichment to bath time! Its a durable and water friendly material that sticks well to the tub/wall. It’s easy to set up and start playing! Baby throws the balls in and pours water into the head which causes it to pour down around the hoop! It’s great for building motor skills and it has fun songs! The balls are plastic but air filled so they aren’t hard and will float in the water!

Super fun for bath time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute concept, lack of real work use leaves this as a 3 star product, could’ve been 5 stars with a few tweaks. First off it’s a little too heavy, falls easily. Second there is nothing to keep the balls, had they attached a net to the hoop it would’ve made this miles better. The little cup has a hook to hold it onto something in the lip however it does not actually attach to anything on the toy. Another fail. Make it clip on so it’s all one piece when not in use. Also would’ve loved for this to have abcs 123s for a learning element outside of the hand eye coordination. Seems like most toys these days it’s more after thought than people actually have parents use these with their kids pre production to work out the kinks
