[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Vtech Flap and Learn Penguin is super adorable.  As soon as I took it out the package my 1, 2, and 3 year old were all gifting to play with it.  It has 2 buttons you can push that will either counter or sing songs while lighting up. If you push down on its head it will flap its wings up and count to 5. Being toddlers it got thrown and dropped a bit throughout the day, but it held up perfectly fine with no damage.

The size is perfect , not too big and not too small and also not heavy at all , so it's easy for little hands to hold and also great to take along when traveling. It feels very safe and well made for toddlers, and the sound level is just right, not too loud or annoying, which is a big plus for parents who don't like noisy toys.
