My six-year-old grandson absolutely loves it! It was one of his Christmas gifts and he couldn't be happier

It was a hit at Christmas!

This was a bday gift for my 5 year old and he loved it! He feels like a cool kid wearing it and enjoys taking pictures and playing the games.

Cool watch

I used this watch first for a bit and then gave it to my 8 year old to play with. There are some cool features like touch screen, different themes for face, calculator, camera, etc. the games are very easy and my child lost interest pretty fast. I wouldn't recommend it as it seems pretty useless. I don't like that the pedometer doesn't run in the background. You have to open that app. It also can't connect to anything but another vtech watch. It would be nice if I as a parent, could message/communicate with my daughter.

The box is broken and the watch plays in the box so that the belt and the glass can break and so I was disappointed I still haven't got it out of the box and unfortunately I don't have time to turn it over

Lack of credibility

This was my 2nd one. I ordered the same watch from a different retailer and it wouldn't turn on after being charged overnight with 2 different chargers 2 diff nights, so I returned. I then ordered again on Walmart.com and this time it charged, but when it turned on the sounds worked but the screen never turned on. We could hear it "chirping" every 30 seconds while charging and could hearing it powering on, but the screen did nothing. Returned.

Screen didn't work. Returned.

Would have given 0 stars if that was an option. Bought one, it stopped working in a day. Bought 2nd, stopped working in a day again. Not sure how these products are even launched in the market if all they last is a day or so? Where is the brand reliability and how would customers trust it?
