We have been very happy with the VTech phones.  We originally bought Panasonic because of the availability where we could shop but the quality of the voice reception was really bad.  We returned those and found VTech on line through Walmart.  Easy to set up and 3 handsets is what we were looking to buy.

We recently purchased the V-tech 3 phone/answering machine  system.  Because it is new yet, of course it works fine.  I don't anticipate any problems because we have owned several v-tech phones in the past.  The ease of programming the contact list is greatly appreciated. The conference call option was a good surprise and we always use the intercom features on our phones.  So far, so good!

The VTech CS6629-3 Cordless Phone with answering machine was very easy to set up.  I am in my 70s and had no trouble.  The only thing I have not about the phones so far is the backlit display.  At times it is hard for me to see the letters on the display but I have only had it a couple weeks.

Excellent phone. Love it easy to set up. Had a Panasonic under a year. Piece of garbage. All kinds of problems.  Had a VTEC phone years ago and absolutely loved it will never buy anything else

Excellent phone

Just what I needed fits in all the small spaces  and in the rooms that I need I would tell someone about them. they were easy to set up you didn't needs tools good. The only thing is that the light on the phone needs to be brighter sometime I can' t see them well.

I like my new phones

I received my order very fast. Even on the weekend, and I am in a semi rural area. I wasn't expecting it in days. Well, packed too. I have used this phone before

Very efficient

OK for the money. I am a bit hard of hearing and the answering machine doesn't go loud enough. The caller ID screen is hard to read. While the screen lights up, the lettering isn't dark enough so it isn't easy to read like my last phone. We are an older couple so probably for someone younger it's great for the money.

Not loud enough

We did not have a good experience with the Vtech phones. The phone cut out and or hung up on callers, and with two phone lines it would ring continuously even after one of the hand sets were answered. ( could not distinquish the different ring tones.)

Horrible I lose calls and the range is bad I cannot go into another room in my home because it will drop the call and tell me its out of range. I am going to return back.

Bad phones

Worked fine for about 6 hours then turned to all static. Had to return and purchase a better quality phone. Telephone guy recommended we stay away from VTech. Panosonic replacement phone works great.
