Honestly these litter boxes have been such a game changer for our two cats. I make much less of a mess and I don't have to scoop I just pull up they layer that sifts out the waste from the litter. Then when it's time to dump the litter it's easy. The only thing that's a little difficult is getting the other bottom portion that you switch over to when you scoop sometimes get stuck but it will get unstuck with some wiggling. Other than that they are large and make doing littlerboxes not time consuming. If your cat is stingy you can also remove the front door flap. Recommend this product.

Large easy to use litter box, no more scooping!

The first time I even saw one of these litter boxes was when my boyfriend and I went to visit his mom in Texas and she had asked him to do the litter.I was amazed at the 3-pan system and the fact that there was no scooping involved! I immediately had to have one for my kitties. The instructions say to put the sifter on top of the other 2 pans,but I have found that stuff tends to stick to it that way when you go to sift it,so it's a better idea to put the sifting pan between the 2 normal ones and just pour the litter into that and sift it. Overall,this litter box has everything: a lid to keep my kitties from slinging litter out of the box,a door and filter system on the lid to help filter the smell,and best of all-NO MORE SCOOPING!!!

Much Less Hassle!

I like this cat box. It works pretty well , it's fast and easy to use. Litter doesn't fly everywhere. If you keep it about half full of clumping litter and strain it daily it works pretty well. This is my second one of these litter boxes, the first one lasted about 3 years. I would recommend it for a low mess, easy to clean, and well made product.

I'd buy it again.

It works well... however, would be even better if 

1)  a little more space between top litter box %26 the bottom, and ...
2) if front was  a little lower, just a little, for easier entry... for kittens

The sifting litter... a great help with kittens

It runs small. Aside from the size, its actually pretty well made. Nice deep bottom tray and tall top. Its just a hair small. My cat is 8ish lbs of average build and she was a little cramped. she could go all the way in, and turn around but she was a little cramped doing her business. i think they should rename "large" to medium and the "regular" to small.

Well made, but runs small.

I got this because the clumping litter was too hard to scrape off of the old litter box with the little scoop but it actually clumped up into bricks through the strainer and was even harder to scrape off so we switched to a non clumping type and it works great now.

Works best with non clumping litter.

The latches that are supposed to secure the lid to the pan don't hold well at all.  the two pans and the sifter basket do fit snugly, but there should be some kind of handle (or handles) to make lifting the sifter out easier.  The flap across the entry falls out occasionally.  This pan does the job, but it could be better.

Okay, but not great.

This didn't work well for me, but then I do have 3 cats. poop stuck to the sifter (climping litter), but I trashed it and used the 2 blue tubs and thats working great, so I'm happy! -Thanks!

I wanted a box with a lid and this serves the purpose. Better price and does the same job as the more expensive brands, however the doors on both our purchases kept sticking, either locking the cat out or in. SO we removed the doors.

If you use clumping litter it will clump and stick to the sifting mesh like reinforcement in concrete.

Okay for the price.

This is small my adult cats hang outside the box. The website description as far as measurements are inaccurate. This is much smaller than described. 
This would only be used to sift poop. Everything else falls through the sifting holes because the holes are very large.
