I use Vaseline as my facial and body mosturizer I get so many compliments on my skin. After watching too much youtube I stopped using it and switched to "better" natural alternatives like shea butter and coconut oil. I broke out so bad causing discoloration on my skin and my lips became very chapped. Also my eczema that has been gone for years came back horribly. I waited for the "detox" period for these products to work and it just got worse. 

Its been about 2 weeks that I have switched back to my holy grail product and my skin is clearing back up.

My hands are super dry. When I add a dab of Vaseline Original Jelly to my hand lotion, that extra kick of protection makes all the difference in the world. It is also great for the cuticles. I have thyroid disease, which makes my skin dry, sensitive, prone to allergies and hives. This helps give me the added protection that I need so that my hands are not uncomfortable or look like rough crepe paper LOL. It also has no gluten, parabens, formaldehyde, lanolin or any of those other things that can be irritating and even harmful.... Love this product :)

Great for Making Dry, Sensitive Skin Comfortable

I have chronically dry lips- think flaky and dry! After trying so many varieties of chapsticks, I came back to Vaseline because its the only thing that leaves me feeling hydrated and healthy. Other chapsticks would dry me out even more but Vaseline does jot

I use this on dry feet and hands, and even my neck during the fall and winter when it gets dry and cold. It is the most effective product I have used. To heal very dry feet, apply this product, then wrap your feet in saran wrap or plastic bags. Put on socks for an hour over the bags. When you remove the bags, the skin on the ankles and feet will be normal again for at least 24 hours. I use it instead of hand cream also because the effects last longer, and I even use it as eye cream sometimes.

I've been using for years - very effective

I started using Vaseline as a daily moisturizer when i found out that it was non-comedogenic. I have combination ACNE PRONE skin and everything else I have ever tried broke me out or didn't heal dry skin or both! Any hint of dry skin is almost instantly fixed by rubbing Vaseline into it, for me. I also keep it with me to use as a cuticle oil and it make my nails SUPER strong and thick. And it's the perfect lip balm, of course. Basically this is the only product I completely trust putting on my skin anywhere and for a variety of reasons. I highly recommend it, especially in the tube since it's convenient and cleaner.

The only moisturizer that works for me

I used an electric exfoliator and in the long run it wasn't good for my feet. I tried everything from coconut oil to several lotions. Finally, I tried Vaseline. I've used it for only 4 nights  so far and my feet are already so soft. Thank you, Vaseline.!

Great great great

I absolutely love using Vaseline! I never leave my house without it! I have sensitive skin and vaseline always cures within seconds! Whether it be dry skin, cuts, chapped lips, it relieves it all! I recently had an allergic reaction to a certain lip balm & vaseline was the only thing that helped!

I NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE WITHOUT IT

I am using petroleum jelly since many years and have a wonderful skin with out any fine lines or loosening of skin. I also use on face twice a day due to which my face is always shining radiant looking years younger for which I am constantly complimented.

Our teen has had problems with acne for over a year, and has started swimming on her school swim team. From the start of her swimming, her acne really flared up. We've exhausted almost every option the Dermatologist has tried and recommended. We started looking at natural remedies, but kept coming back to the fact that they treated the acne and didn't protect the skin.

We then started thinking about what would protect her skin from the harsh chemicals in the pool. We thought to keep it simple and thought to try Vaseline; got permission from the coach (that it wouldn't violate some rule) and we're off to the races - literally.

In the 2 weeks she's been using the Vaseline on her face before swimming, we've noticed a drastic reduction in the redness of her acne. The Vaseline is actually protecting her skin while she's swimming. This great! Thanks.

Great skin protectant

I have used Vaseline on my lips for well over 20 years and loved it. I buy a large jar of plain Vaseline and use on my lips. I loved that there is really no smell or taste to it. BUT  last week, I bought a new jar, put some on, and it has a taste that I can only explain of tasting like black oil that goes into a car. It is terrible! I've tried using it for a week now, and just can't stand it any longer. I'm guessing there's been a formula or ingredient supplier change? I hope you will bring back the old version. Very disappointed!
