Removes facial hair very well. Slight tingling with the removal cream, but no other sensations. The plastic removal tool is very effective and the finishing cream calms the skin - helps it feel soft, too. Really like the feeling of hairless cheeks and chin. Removal lasts well over 2 weeks. Happy with my purchase.

Good product

This is a great product. Thank heavens I can order more than 2, because the store only carries 2 at a time. Sometimes I am not able to even get one box.

This is the only product that works for me.

Just bought this to try - my cousin/roommate loved it, for me it was just 'good'. It didn't really get rid of all of my coarse hairs on the first try. Maybe 70-80%? Also, it seems to be a lot stronger than a couple of other brands I've tried (hurts my skin more), HOWEVER, I would still say it does work better than other creams I've purchased. Very reasonable price. I seem to have to use less with the spatula, plus it comes with the after cream. After just one use, I would buy again.

Works Fairly Well

Dont buy. Sensitive! I only left on face/chin for under the 6 mins stated but it has left my face red with proper scabs. I cant go out today until it clears. Not happy as I bought in good faith as thought good make and for Sensitive skin.

Burnt my skin

I don't have sensitive skin but apparently it's for sensitive skin and somehow it burnt my face, it's sore and red, waste of money, now face looks worse than the little hair I had

Burns on my skin

when removed cream after 4mins, was left with an unbearable burning feeling, to be followed by small blisters. A day later and I'm still red and swollen. As previous reviewer said "I'd rather of just kept the hair".

DO NOT USE

This product literally burned my skin. I have red patches from the burns all over my face. I didn't use it for over the recommended 5 minutes. All I'd say is don't use it on sensitive skin.

Not good for sensitive skin

I bought this stuff today thinking it was going 
to be an easy and good experience and now I have awful chemical burns on my face after having it on for 2 minutes when it suggests 5-10! 
Please, don't be like me and buy this! I don't want anyone else to get hurt because of this product. And apparently I'm not the only one, so this isn't just an isolated incident.
Please be careful with all hair removal creams..

DON'T USE THIS

I have been trying this product for about 5 months now, It does remove all facial hair but it grows back pretty quickly within a few days or so, when the hair does grow back your face will feel very harsh with little stubble hair like the feeling you get after the hair grows back from shaving,also the smell is not very pleasant either.

Not impressed

Seriously!! Do NOT use!! I have never used hair removal cream on my face before so was very worried about the results. I conducted TWO patch tests before I applied to my face. Timer got to 4 mins n my face was burning I wiped the cream off quickly n the damage was already done. Left with a swollen, weeping , burned face! Literally feels on fire!! I read MANY MANY bad reviews about this cream n assumed I knew better n that other people must have not followed the instructions. I did n my result is a trip to A&E the burn it's that bad after just 4 mins!! The maximum time it can be left on is 10 minutes! Lord knows what state you'd be in after that amount of time!! DO NOT USE! You've been warned!!
