[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So after trying the Velcro for a couple of different things I came to the realization that this product is in fact true to its claims. I first used it to secure my gas can in the bed of my truck after filling it up with gas. I also used it to hang a spider plant from a branch on a tree. I decided to test its strength and hung a package that weighed about 70 pounds and sure enough it held it up in place without it breaking. I couldn't find anything that weighed 200 pounds at the time to see if would hold up but I will in the near future. I even used it as a temporary restraint on my dogs collar to keep him in place while I gave him a bath and it worked just fine. For these reasons I give this product five stars.

The vertical space provided by the Velcrou can be used to hang Sports equipment, hoses, extension cords and tools etc. The Easy Hang straps can hold items weighing 100-300 pounds. This is a great storage extension asset to have in your house to conveniently store items whilst saving space in the storage areas.

VELCRO® Brand Easy Hang™

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Velcro Easy Hang arrives just as shown in the picture. The product is easily removed from packaging with the removal of 3 plastic ties. The latch hook is very solidly made and easy to operate. The retainer/opening in the hook is best explained in the picture below. It takes a bit of effort to depress the retainer portion as it seems to have some serious spring loading which makes it all the more solid when returned to normal position. I don't think anything would ever accidentally come loose from the hook. It is allowed to pivot a full 360 degrees if any adjustment of the hanging position is required. The rotating pivot is mounted to the eyelet for the strap such that only the hook is rotated... the strap remains as installed. 

Strap material is a very tough black material that looks like woven nylon with a nice even coating of Velcro on the backside. The strap is as advertised at 24" long with the hook assembly located very near center length. Strap is neatly folded to approximately 6" length as packaged. Assembly is rated for 200 pounds maximum and a warning label attached to the strap indicates if must be folded to just about its packaged length to hold that full weight. The strap is very strong and I was unable to pull it apart with only about 2.5" of the Velcro engaged.

My intention is to use this strap to hang a large potted plant outside the house come spring. I have no doubt it will do well with that task.

Solidly made, quality hanging device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This strap does not look like much, but, it is really strong. I used it to hang up my walker and it looked very safe. It is amazing how strong Velcro can be. Yes, I do recommend this item, I think it is a great idea for hanging items up and out of the way.

QUITE AN IDEA

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright so I may be using it for more purposes than it was made for. But that's what makes it the best. Small enough and can go from one task to another with ease. Have used it to hang a weed eater, and attached it to a rope and used the clasp to hook a loop to pull my lawn mower out of the mud. It's a lot stronger and tougher than I first imagined. To be honest keeping this in a garage holding up a bike seems like a waste, this has so much more potential! Serves great for what it's intended for, but you will definitely find alternate uses! Well done Velcro, you got a handy gadget here!

I love this thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holds my 21 foot foldable step ladder very securely up off the ground in my shed. Sometimes during a heavy rain here in Florida I can get some water on the floor. Now my ladder stays dry. I can move the ladder and hang it in different locations easily when I need to move things around to get other things out. Great item and very useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unlikely strap and hook will hold a lot more than you might expect. At 200 lbs capacity, it is incredibly strong. Be sure the wall or ceiling hook you hang this on is strong enough to support the weight of the item. 

This Easy Hang is a very nice way to 'hang it and forget it'.

Heavy duty is an understatement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This storage strap is very versatile with the adjustable velcro strap to wrap it around just about anything. It really works well for garden hoses since it will wrap around the coiled up hose to keep it together without having to tie the hose up with string. This strap will hold up to 200 pounds. The carabiner clip is made of heavy duty stainless steel.
