The length and depth are very good, but it is SO heavy, my son-in-law has not put it on the railing yet, but I think its going to be great.

Didnt give me all the parts to hang the planter
When I washed it off before I hung it the finish washed off. It was like they put shoe polish on the outside of the planter to make it look like the picture 
That was strike two
and it is a very heavy planter  
Im going to take the two I bought back and get my money back

Lack of parts and finish are serious problems
