So far so good, I guess time will tell in the end. I do use it for my back and I generally lie down with the pad between me and what I'm lying on, but it says not to do that or to fall asleep on it in the brochure, I sit up against pillows with the pad behind me so that I don't fall asleep with it behind me. One thing that I don't particularly care for is that they say to unplug it when not in use. I noticed that the control was a bit warm when it was off and plugged in, so I have to get into the habit of unplugging it all the time. Kind of annoying but eh.

The heat pad is accurate as described, delivered to my door and I was notified right away with a picture where it is located on my porch.  It's cover is soft, good brown color, cord is long enough and 5 settings and perfect.  It automatically turns off after 2 hours for safety reasons, which is great, if you accidentally fall asleep with it on.

I always buy my items online from Walmart, because I can return them, which I rarely do.

Great value, i ordered this to replace an older heating pad.  it was smaller than i thought, but that was legit my fault for not checking and paying attention to measurements clearly listed on the description.  i really like this heating pad because it has 4 levels of heat to chose from unlike my old one with only 2. plus the best feature is a super easy snap on cover, easy to remove and wash!! my favorite fearure as many do not come with removable plush cover. i would recommend for sure, lots of heating options and very easy to remove and wash cover. we love it and my cat hogs it LOL

This pad is so great! Well made and dependable. Best to use it under your blanket and turn your household heat down- you'll save a lot of money over the winter. I have one that's several years old and I never had a single problem so I bought this one for another bedroom. I can't say enough positive things about this item.

GREAT HEATING PAD!!!

This heating pad is good enough.  It does, however, shut-off automatically after (IDK) maybe 30 min.  I didn't know that, but still, it works fine.  I guess it's best to have this safety feature.

This is a lifesaver. I have a bigger one, but I only wanted it for one knee and this is small enough to use for one knee actually you could use it for your whole calf if you needed to. Just. perfect

The only feature that wasn't for me is the automatic shut off as I had to keep turning it back on, but I can see why some would like it. Over all great product for the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one I have bought. I like the auto shut off and the old fashion cord. I'm not a fan of the new pads that have the removable cord. I often fall asleep with it on low and know it will shut itself off. There is only one word of caution, it gets very hot. Be sure you test it first. I've never used it on more than level 2.

Great affordable heating pad.

I use heating pads daily, so go through 2 to 3 of them a year. This one has a nice soft cover on it, but the inside is just a piece of plastic that gets bunched up (like the rest of them do). I bought a more expensive pad last year that lasted no time at all, so from now on I will only buy the inexpensive type. For what is, it it is it's fine. And if you don't use it daily like I do, it will last.

Not bad for price

Knew I wasn't buying a high end heating pad but didn't expect this.  Four levels of heat, material for moist heat  almost see-through, outer cover very thin with one middle button to close   pad is thin and both ends are not covered.   Instruction  booklet Place pad on top, never on your back, do not fold (so not for neck).

So cheaply made and stiff. I am very disappointed vs. the heating pads I have had in the past.  I do not think this one is made to last. The control is such cheap plastic.  I am going to shop around and probably will return this due to its cheap feel.
