This season of not having enough sunlight this Fall has been really bad for me this year.  I have heard of Happy Lights but the suggestion from my Doctor said to try one. This light may be little but it is mighty. 
I do feel this light is really helping me through the dark days. 
The light is easy to turn on and off. You can use it anywhere. You can travel with the Happy Light 
Its a nice design and is lightweight.  If you are struggling with not enough light where you live.  PLEASE think about buying a Happy Light.  I am so glad I did and yes I recommend this product even to Kids who may need a little boost in light.   ..

This light is a game changer for low moods in winter.  Recommended by doctor to use for 30 minutes every morning.  Very easy to use and set up, comes with handy instruction book.  I just set it on kitchen counter.

Excellent Happy Light

I've used the Verilux Happy Lights for years.  My pets love them too, giving sunlight when they ae indoors all day.

I love my HappyLight! The design is super cute, the brightness is very powerful, and usability is easy-peasy. The product looks good and sturdy. It is not a miracle pill but it definitely makes my mornings easier. I feel good working by it, it's like a blessing to my eyes. 

It also doubles as an amazing light box if you are an illustrator, but probably not the recommended use…

A much needed relief this winter!

My HappyLight Lumi helps me to get up in the morning and feel energized throughout the day.  I do 4-7-8 breathing and yoga in front of my light every morning. I loved the effects of the light so much that I purchased full spectrum light bulbs (also from verilux) to put in my ceiling lights. I also purchased a second Lumi for my friend! (My friend also loves her light. Her cat loves it even more and often sits in front of the lamp!)

So amazing that I purchased a second for a friend!

I keep it on the kitchen counter (although honestly its so easy to move anywhere I happen to be working/sitting)and turn it on while I'm cleaning up early in the morning, or set it on my vanity while I'm getting ready for work.  It's brightens the area and energizes me when I need it during these dark days of winter! Just what I need to help me get going in the morning when I'm getting up to start my day and it's still dark out! Thank you Verilux!

The happy light changed my days!!

Does what was advertised. I have only used it for 15 min. a day so far.  Can't say I feel any different but it's early yet. I have health issues so hard for me to go out and get natural sunshine. Hopefully this will make up some for my lack of sun. It is a little hard to adjust the time I want to use it.  The control goes quickly to the higher levels when I want the first level (15 min). I get it set correctly after 2-3 tries. I touch it normally so don't why I have this problem.

Get “sun” indoors

For size, light, timer, appearance: 5 stars. The power button, however: 3 stars or less. It's very difficult to turn on. Some days, it's on with one touch as expected; other days, it requires several tries. I probably should have returned it for exchange, but with the end of DST, it would be like returning a cast from a broken leg.

The light works good. It is a bit bright in your eyes even on the lowest setting.

I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, so my doctor recommended this product. It was nicely packaged, a good price and customer service was tremendous. However, because I also have some neurological issues and am what you would call a "highly sensitive person," I found the light was too stimulating and didn't have the desired outcome so unfortunately, I returned the product. I was very happy with the return process, however.
