LOVE it!! Not a "fakey" flame like many others. Makes my basement suite nice, cozy and homey.

One star is way too much! I assembled and plugged in for an hour, with windows opened to allow it to off gas a bit. The smell was terrible. After an hour, my throat, sinus, and ears were hurting. This product is a health hazard.

Just bought this and 5 min after the first use it started making a very annoying sound that is loud enough to hear even over the TV
