This Winsome Wood Verona set offers both seating and storage in one functional design. We love this bench. It came with a little nick on one side of the panels, but that was all the damage. Very easy for my husband to put together. The wood is a nice color and looks more expensive than it is. Nice piece for our entryway; doesn't take up much room, but the baskets are roomy. Wish it came with a matching seat cover; will probably make one. Great product!

We live in a small condo and needed a bench in our front hall that did not take up much space but
would add storage and look nice. We looked at several other options from various companies and this one had the best reviews related to overall value. We have not been disappointed.

Good looking functional bench at good price

I bought this to put in my foyer by the stairs. Everyone kicks off their shoes there and I was tired of always having to move them. I had a basket for a while but it ended up with lots of other stuff in it. Each person now has their own basket and there is a little storage for backpacks etc. under the seat. I did buy a pad to put on to of it to sit on. No more mess in the foyer!!!

Great way to hide stuff!

I absolutely love this bench. I had high expectations because it received very good reviews, but I was blown away at the quality of the product for the low price. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and very sturdy. I get so many compliments when people walk into my house and see this in my entry way. The baskets are great for kids stuff but definitely aren't big enough for large adult shoes. I use the upper shelf for my and my husband's shoes.
I ordered the bench and it came to my house (with free delivery) in 5 days. It was in perfect condition and relatively easy to put together. It took me about a 1/2 hour by myself.

beautiful piece of furniture for the price!

We refinished our hardwood floors so we needed something for our entryway to set on to take of our shoes and of course put them on and this just fits the bill. I am 6 foot one and weigh 230 and this bench has no problem holding my weight, plus it looks great with our furniture. The instructions on how to assemble the bench was very clear and me and my son had it done in a half hour.

Good product and serves its purpose by the entryway where there is a centralized area for the kids to drop their stuff and not all over the house! Thanks Walmart. Better than the in store benches, just wish it came with a padded pilllow top for sitting.

The quality of the bench was lower than I expected based on other customers' reviews. There were a significant number of knicks, scratches, and cracks in the wood that appear to be from the factory, not the shipper. Given that, the bench looks nice from normal viewing distance. I was happy to discover that the shelf can be lowered so that shoes can be placed on the bottom level and the storage bins above.

Cosmetic Flaws

Study, solid wood and easy assembly. My only complaint is that it is smaller than I thought, but that is my fault due to not realizing the measurements given. This piece works great for entryway. It has nice cubbies for books, keys, flashlights. The baskets are kind of flimsy looking and the color is off. I may replace those. Overall excellent value. You won't be disappointed. This is not typical cheapo particle board. It is solid wood.

Does not look cheap.

This bench was simple to assemble. The directions were so clear and concise that it took me less than 1/2 hour to assemble. The bench seems sturdy and the color is good. The baskets were a bit small as well as flimsy. I'm sure I will be replacing them soon. For the price this bench is a real bargain.

Good bench for the price.

Pros: well made, sturdy, looks nice

Cons: Way too high to sit on comfortably.  I'm 5'8 and this is too tall for me, which is unusual. I would love to add a cushion but can't because that would make it even higher. This bench should be labeled for extra tall people only. My 4 year old has to work to climb up on it.

We put it together and it wobbles too much after assembly. We tried to tighten it more and it will not tighten. We are disappointed in this product because it is a bench and is intended to be sat on.
