Anyone with back issues and neck problems, would appreciate this massager.  Heats up and vibrates the whole body.  Felt refreshed and stimulated, and seemed to relief some inflamation, to the joints, like elbows, and knees.  Really enjoy this product.

This is the best massage mat I've purchased and I had many. It has so many features, heat, removal headrest that massages with heat! It's a bit loud on the highest mood but for the relief I don't mind. I've had 4 back surgeries so this works for me, highly recommend it!

Easy to understand %26 set up right out of the box. Layed it out on the bed, turned on all the heating pads, layed down %26 positioned my neck between those massaging fingers %26 I was amazed %26 very surprized. I would highly recommend this device to anyone! It's like a real mesuse with extremely strong fingers is squeezing %26 manipulating your neck muscles %26 spine with great pressure %26 kneading from behind. It really relieves the tension and the HEAT just sinks it in all the way deep into you muscles.  Very impessed and surprized by how good this thing was.  Far exceeded all expectations.  A very rare %26 pleasant surprise! My highness Recommendations!

While it doesn't replace a message therapist it is great for in between sessions. I have a chronic back pain and regularly get steroid injections. This pad really helps me.

Add to aid your battle against back pain

I just received it yesterday. The massaging feels good on my arthritis, but the heat could be warmer. I didn't receive papers for the 2 year warranty I paid for, so am wondering about that.  I ngnam hoping it does last as others I have had never did.

Disappointed! False advertisement. When I ordered the ad said FREE CARRY CASE! Did not receive it. Then I considered ordering another and the price was far below what the original order cost. I feel cheated. Considered requestin/return ing original item.

Wasn't for me. I needed something that massaged more than vibrated. If you have sensitive skin this would be for you. If you need something that does a deep massage then don't buy this!

Not what I was looking for

It's nice, but performance is mediocre at best. It loses vibration effectiveness when used on a soft surface such as a mattress or recliner.

Full body massager

I sent this to a young man who has MS. to help with muscle pain he endures. it s claims of functions  it does is bogus its as good as a cheap back massager. and as soon as i got it the price was reduced and would not allow me to take pictures of the details of product or even product  saying  cant take picture because of security?  I m 81 and cant get item back to return so I lost money i couldnt afford to lose but walmart lost a dedicated customer. Sam Walton would roll over in his grave if he knew how his customers are treated.
