my first artificial tree. pricy but it looks nice. white stuff comes of somewhat

this tree looks nothing like the picture at all very disappointed, it looks low to the floor its not... the branches look thick and plentiful their not.  I paid 125.00 dollars for this tree it's not worth it at all.  my comments probably will never be seen because it's now out of stock.
