This looks very nice with the gorgeous daybed comforter and pillow shams we bought for it. It is a true twin size so it fits a standard twin mattress and twin sheets. It only took a few minutes to set up with my husband and I working on it at the same time. It is lightweight enough to easily move around the room but sturdy. I keep it in a carpeted room, so I don't know if it would move on a slick floor, but if it did, you could always put some kind of casters under the legs if needed.

I origianally ordered this from wayfair.com, and i believe they are under the same parent company. I got it from their sale section first. It was $40 more (i think)and arrived with a box in shambles, and NO instructions or hardware. when I asked for them to send me the parts, they said they could not ship them until the 23rd, and then it would take about 9 days for it to arrive. I had googled the frame when I could'nt find assembly instructions and discovered it for less on walmart's website. So when wayfair told me how long it would take to get the parts, I returned it to wayfair and ordered the frame from walmart. It arrived, with all the instructions and hardware two days before the parts were to even be shipped from wayfair. I put it together with no issues, and it looks great! It was a great purchase which I am very happy with.

Great, simple frame

be warned, it's shipped freight so don't expect a lot of foam packaging. That being said, it is also metal so there is nothing to break. I ordered site to store to bypass the high shipping, and it fit in my 4 door jeep hanging out the back window. Set up was a snap, it took me 30 minutes to put together. The instructions don't have text but the pictures and the few large pieces there are are pretty self explanatory. It took me an additional 20 to 30 minutes to install the mattress support bars and their end caps. And then all was done. Its sturdy and it really pretty (I purchased white), and bigger than i thought. Its tall enough for storage underneath too (I use the 110 qt containers). Box says up to 600 lbs, so thats good too.

easy set up, nice daybed

The bed was soo simple to put together....BUT you NEED two people.  It takes about 45 minutes because of all the little pieces BUT when we finished putting it together we felt accomplished..lol. I got the bronze color, its more like chocolate but it looks great and worth the price!! Go WALMART!

Awesome!!

I was wanting to get a daybed for a spare room/play room for our grandkids. Could not believe the price and read the reviews and decided to order it. Very happy with this purchase, easy to assemble and love the look. Hopefully the grandkids will be here soon to give us their review!

Great value

This bed was purchased for use in a guest bedroom. It came well packed with no damage. It comes in a long flat box that fit in my trunk, back seats down, hung out just about 6 in. Decent quality for the money, easy to follow directions with pictures. I bought a 9 in. Spa sensations mattress, it's good enough for guests. Don't need a box spring with this day bed, it has metal slats and they are sturdy.

Nice bed!

Purchased for my daughter, with separate trundle. There are lots of pieces involved in assembling this bed, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the kit comes with the tool needed to assemble; I estimate that it took me about 90 minutes to assemble it. One of the side pieces had a bad weld at the decorative scroll, so I contacted the company (DHP), and they promptly sent out a new piece which arrived in about a week. Customer service at DHP was easy to reach, polite, and helpful. The assembled frame is sturdy and can support the weight of a robust adult. Overall, we are pleased with this space-saving, value-oriented item.

Sturdy, economical day bed frame

This daybed with trundle package was easy to set up. It came with all parts and instructions, which were easy to understand by my 12 year old helper. It took about 30 mins to put together. It came earlier than expected, the box was a little beat up from shipping, but was packaged properly so all parts were protected from damage. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Great daybed for the price

My friend had this bed so I had an idea of what I was getting before it showed up, but I was still pleasantly surprised. It came a week early and all in 1 box, which was heavy (thank goodness for roommates) but so convenient. I thought I might be a little old for a day bed (I'm in my early 20s) but this bed is so feminine, yet polished. It makes my twin bed feel more regal and grown up, and feel larger. I got the white finish and I love it. Glossy, clean, so cute. I built it by myself and it only took about 90 min. It's not quite as sturdy as I'd hoped, and a few of the screws were harder to get in than others, but I think I'll be able to tighten it up. It fits perfectly in our small room, and I can store tons of stuff (including full size Rubbermaid totes) underneath! It's the whole reason I chose this bed, and I'm so glad I did.

Overall I was very happy with this purchase. I'm not usually a Walmart customer, but this purchase and this product impressed me. I will definitely consider Walmart for my future furniture purchases.

Cute, Easy, Inexpensive Bed!

Got this bed for my son, it arrived on time but the hardware was missing.
Can not put together and can not return it because it is too big to fit in my car.
Called the manufacturer was on hold one hour no response. Finally ordered the part from their website . It will be here 7-14 business days!!
