Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other puffs but these are the best quality.  Just the right softness and thickness to fit into a compact .  Been using them for years.

It is hard to find this type of puff.  They work best with my Elf powder, which doesn't include a powder puff any longer.
