This is the second one I have purchased because I love how I can quickly chop onions, celery, peppers, etc.  However the slicing blade bent the first time I used it to try to slice zuchinni.  Once it becomes bent it is useless and won't work, however I don't slice many things.  I mostly chop stuff so for that it is perfect.  A must have in your kitchen for anyone who does a lot of cooking with onions.

A pain in the butt

This chopper works good for onions , apples and other soft fruit and vegetables. It's not that great for carrots, beetroots and sweet potato. I have to use all my strength to  pound on the chopper to chop beetroot .  My old one was broken. I don't know how long this is going to last.

Okay but not great

The first time I used it, a blade broke off (see picture).  I tried reattaching it, but it cant be reattached by hand.  Also the top falls off way too easily.  Huge disappointment.
