We received the bench, but the package was partially opened. The mounting hardware and instructions were missing. We contacted Vifah and they shipped the missing parts via FedEx. The bench was assembled without a problem thanks to the great customer service from Vifah (agent Tacy).

Easy assembly, my husband put this together pretty easily.  One year later, the bench still looks great!  It sits in my MIL's backyard, where she goes outside to read a book and enjoy nature.

I bought this for my MIL, she absolutely loves it.
