After replacing my original kitchen faucet with a Chinese eBay spring faucet, I thought I had found the one. The problem was with the spray handle - I went through 3 of them in a 2 year period and each one would start to leak or crack or both. I hunted the internet for a quality replacement and came across this one. When it arrived, I was shocked at how much bigger and sturdier it was compared to the Chinese one. You can just see and feel the difference in quality - this is a serious piece of kitchen hardware. I love this faucet - it was precisely what I always wanted for my kitchen sink! Good pressure, excellent spray handle with a powerful spray. 6 months and no issues.

I bought this sink and faucet weeks ago and just now installed it. I had been worried that I would be disappointed in the quality, as I am so often when I buy product imported from China, but not this time. This sink is beautiful and the faucet is of very high quality.

Better than expected

We bought these sinks as part of remodeling our bathroom.  They arrived in a timely manor.  The quality was unexpectedly good (not seeing them in person you never know).  Instructions and installation went almost perfect.  They are easy to clean and friends & neighbors are impressed.

Vigo sink

We just put ours to work, so far it is very good.   Exactly how it is described in the website. VIGO takes good care of the packing too.  The faucet feels heavy and the black part is plastic (but I'm fine with it). The size of the Soap dispenser container is standard (and I need something bigger), but just connected  a long hose directly to a big Soap gallon container sitting inside the cabinet, that will last few months.

Love my VIGO faucet. Makes my kitchen look amazing. I've gotten so many compliments.  Quality is excellent.  The packaging it comes with is top notch.  HAPPY with my purchase. Worth every penny.  No regrets.

Gorgeous

Positives: This was the second faucet of this style I purchased for a new house. I love the style and heavy-duty functionality. I love having a 2 faucet set up with out a pull out. The press button on the sprayer was no longer working and I called customer service and they sent me a whole new sprayer, no problem.
Downsides: I wish the straight arm faucet were 2-3 inches longer as I get water on the back of the sink often when washing dishes. Be sure to use plumber's tape or putty because the sprayer leaks if not installed properly.

I have had this faucet for 6 years now and It has held up very well. My only complaint is that the sprayer valve has a plastic tip that broken off about 2-3 years ago. I was able to fix with some epoxy. I had broken off again and is now showing significant ware. I need to get a replacement part and I'm hoping that the company provides this. Great Faucet

I have been using the sink for several months after a kitchen remodel to make it more handicapped accessible.  The only thing that would make it better would be if the faucet and sprayer were 12" to 15" from the back instead of the 9" since the back of the sink is 18".

Easy to use from my wheelchair or scooter.

Bought a black Faucet in February 2020!! and I have had problems since the beginning!! The first thing was the water sprayer handle was broken!! Then the paint is pealing off.. This is a very expensive faucet!! I was expecting it to be more durable then this.. I do recommend the The looks of it it's gorgeous!! But it's very problematic.. so if you're willing to deal with the people home to try to see if you can buy a piece go ahead and pay the money if not don't waste your time

We purchased this fauces and installed.  I loved the look and the high pressure sprayer. It would blast food off of the dishes when pre-rinsing for the dishwasher. However, little did I know that the internal soldering had a slight leak that took a few months to materialize.  Fast forward 6 months.  We have Oak hard wood floors in our kitchen. They are sealed and look beautiful.  I was walking through the kitchen one day and noticed the floor looked different at the end of the cabinets.  There is a single cabinet drawer on the end and then the sink.  I thought it was off and started investigating.
