Can be taken down in pieces quickly for transport/storage. I used tie strips to fix a carpet to the tray. 
For a one-person operation this thing is great.

Easy to put together easy to use.  A lot better to load than without

Works well enough.   Bolt sizes on instructions were wrong but no big deal.  Also I am going to sand down the rollers so they will roll.  They are a tight fit.  Last item once you rise your load it does swing too freely, so caution is needed. I also needed a hitch extension to raise and lower it with gate open.

All that said I am happy with it.

Works great! But the second time we used it, the gear jammed and needed repair.  Not very sturdy. Be very gentle with it.  And keep your item centered,  if it is weighted only on one side, that's when it will jam up.
