I love this mope it cleans very well without much effort

I recommend

I have tryed many different mops in my job as a cleaning lady. This is the best mop. Mop heads are easy to wash.
~They are wide to cover alot of area.
~ They rinse in a bucket (so you don't just push the dirt everywhere).
~ The pail rings it out, unlike other long microfiber mops you have to use your hands YUCK.
Its simple and very effective. I hope they never stop making these.

Not as expected

I really like that the pads are not Velcro, and that the rinsing and squeezing in the bucket are easy. It works well enough, but I have  two issues with it: 1 - I feel that the mop does not get dry enough for our laminate floor, and it seems to take too long for the floor to dry for my linking. 2 - The handle is pretty short, and even though I am a very short person (5' 0"), I still had an irritated back after using it for not that long. I am going to return it and get somethin else. I tried using a longer handle from another Vileda mot, but the ends were different.

The mop works fine although a little fiddly to rinse and squeeze the mop head.  The biggest problem is the poorly designed 3 piece pole that is included and the connectors to secure the pole pieces together.  The end section does not tighten properly which allows it to turn independent of the other 2 pole sections which make it impossible to "steer" the mop while it is on the floor or wall.
Poor pole design and since it does not use a standard broom handle thread to connect the pole to the mop, you can't even swap out the broken pole with a broom handle.
