you'll get your money's worth

This was the second office chair I have ordered from Aosom in the last six months.  The first order went well as did the second.  It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble.  My wife really likes its comfort and easy sliding motion.

Its a computer chair, plain Jane type.  Head rest does not move so for me it only goes as high as too of my neck.  As far as the vibrating goes its just a little cushion that you put behind your back.   Have to be within clos range to a plug in.  Cushion is more of a bother than help.

No what its cracked up to be!

The chair is overall very comfortable to sit in. However, it doesn't give you the feeling that you're sitting up completely straight. The tilt lock activates when the chair has already tilted a little which isn't ideal. There's a massage back rest (at least that's what I think it is) that feels like a phone vibrating in your pocket. Might feel relaxing for some.
Arms rests aren't adjustable which is a shame, they also feel kinda cheap like they're about break off, which can be said for the rest of the chair. The overall build quality is lacking. The headrest is adjustable and supports the head well if you're a little slouched.
