The item was as described. Easy to assemble and has well padded cushions. The only improvement I would like to see is the adjustment at the back rest. Overall, it is a fantastic item. I can recomend this to others.

Got for my husband for Christmas, once together. He finds it very comfortable

Bad foam that flattens on the armrest. Not worth the "fake" full price that is there to make you believe you get an awesome deal. In fact, the chair is low quality in general.

Only 2 stars for personal reasons that may not apply to others. I find the arms drop off too fast and there is nothing to rest your forearms on. Only the elbows. The spring is very strong and even at the lowest tension, you have to push with your feet to recline? I am disabled and unable to do that.
I am hoping the spring stretches over time (it should) and then it won't be an issue. But for now it is a major one.
Positives: The arms are comfortably padded. 
My roomy put it together so it must be easy as he is dumb, lol.
Delivery was 5 days early.
Much more affordable than any other sites I looked at, which start at ~$400 for an executive chair like this.
Very affordable.
