This is so uncomfortable! I bought and received the item a couple of days before a travel, I didn't feel comfortable but decided to give it additional time for deciding whether or not to keep it as it could have been an impression only, however, I got back and it does not suit my needs. 

I have meetings the entire day and this is hurting my back and neck after only 1h seating.
