This is the 3rd standing chair I've used... Hands down the best!

Great Stool

No assembly instructions but it should  be very simple. The pole snugged right into the base but the seat and the piece that attaches underneath it just spin around loose.  I tried sitting on it and ended up falling to the floor, striking my head on a large clay pot nearby. I have a lump on the head, a carpet-burned knee and badly bruised thumb.  I took the seat off and see no way whatsoever to attach it to the pole.  There is no way to adjust the height despite the online pictures showing to pull the strap.

Going to return it.
