I love the chair it's very comfortable The only thing is that I have carpet so it was hard to roll on the carpet so I got Plastic mat so the wheels could slide better on it.  I love the vibration because I sit at my chair all day long so I'm back in my neck hurts.  The vibration Makes it feel better.

The chair is torn from the back. I couldn't open it because i was travelling and didn't get a chance to install it.
