They seem to be nice steps but haven't tried them yet since its March yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the ladder was easy to assemble and after you drll the apointed holes it sank into place perfectly my pool is 48 inches deep that was perfect for this ladder but the handles could of used a couple more inches to reach my deck properly so we improvised with a extra 2x4 on the deck under the hand rail .

Installing it was fun. The ladder was trying to float the entire time and we even drilled the extra holes it recommended to let more water fill it up for weight. Didn?t plan on using the front bracket as I didn?t want to drill into my pool edging around the top but it will float without it.  So we used a block of wood. There?s an extra piece you can order from vinyl works that is a top step so people don?t step on the pool top edge. I recommend it. Directions were kinda confusing but we got it put together with only several arguments.

shipping fast , but missing a lot of parts had to call manufacturer to have the parts replaced. was not happy!

Missing parts

Only thing that showed up was the mat for under the ladder.

Mine was complete junk unless you knew how saw the steps apart. The instructions said to bend them but the tabs would not fit. Grab the jigsaw! Overall they are fine once you get past the complete lack of engineering.

Get ready to cut the parts up.
