We had three people assembling this, but only two are needed. Arrived in 2 days from Sams Club. We had one cedar plank that had a piece broken off, but it was still usable. The cedar smell was intoxicating while we were putting this together. Was surprised at how thin the planks were, but when they were together it seems quite sturdy. I want to modify the bottom with poultry netting as we have so many critters underground and above in our neighborhood, so we haven't added soil yet, but we're excited to see how everything turns out
