So far so good. It works well, makes smooth juices and smoothies. Haven't tried making soups in it yet but it's definitely a powerful machine. I will say that there is a slight burning smell when I blend things. I've tried researched this online and found that google mentions that new Vitamix blenders may emit a burning smell when the motor windings cure. Apparently this is normal and the smell should go away after a few heavy uses.

Satisfied so far

This is a great blender. Very powerful. Vitamix has a great program with this reconditioned model. You get a brand new container. And it's very likely that the base of the blender has never been used. Got it for a very nice price on sale at Walmart.

Great Blender

This blender is a beast. I have used multiple blenders starting from cheap ones and then going all the way to Ninja. We grind soaked rice a lot and none of the blenders do a good job. Nutribullet was doing a good job but it wasn't an easy task, it was taking a lot of time to grind, and then with less water the blender would auto-shut until it cooled down. 
Now after I purchased this blender, all the problems are gone. Rice grind to a smooth paste in minutes. I tried many smoothies with greens, almonds, berries, etc, it purees everything to a silky smooth texture. 
It also connects with the Vitamix app on your phone and you can run different preset programs via the app. 
Buying restored was a great decision because it comes with a huge discount and an almost brand-new machine and new container.  I am super happy with my purchase.
