It's a nice hammock but you can't hang it up without straps. which it did not come with. I placed a complaint about not receiving the straps with customer care through walmart online chat. That person helped me, but from there the request to speak to someone went no where. I received and email and it gave me zero information and I couldn't reply to it. The email only showed me what I had typed in the initial complaint. I had to buy my hammock straps separately through hammock universe. I think I will be giving hammock universe (a Canadian company) my business next time.
