I bought this camera a few weeks ago what a waste of money they won't return it cause the package was damaged and I couldn't get in it with out damaging it and to add up the horrible part is you have to have an older computer to be able to download the software cause I have a new computer without the CD slot that most new computers don't have so all my daughters pictures are gone forever .... WASTE OF MONEY PLEASE DONT BUY !!!!

I bought this for my daughter to take to camp. The minimum system requirements for a PC or Mac are listed on the package, as well as the need for 2 AA batteries. I could meet those requirements, so I made the purchase. Only after destroying the packaging (the only way to open it) did we discover that the enclosed CD is the ONLY way provided to install the driver necessary to see and download the photos. We haven't owned a computer with a CD ROM drive in years. I contacted customer service and received a prompt reply. I was provided with a link to download software, but also told that the camera was not compatible with PCs running beyond Windows 7 (similar for Macs). THIS IS CONTRARY TO WHAT IS SAID ON THE PACKAGING. I installed the software, but not surprisingly, it didn't work. It appears photos from my daughter's first ever camp away are lost before ever seen. I'm heartbroken and angry. This camera is clearly an elderly model that relies on outdated technology. The system requirements described on the package are wrong and misleading. It should not be on the market. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Requires a CD ROM drive on your computer

1. You need a CD slot in your computer to even download the photos
2. You need WINDOWS 7 OR LESS for the software in the CD to work... which came out in 2009
3. Photos will delete on their own randomly
4. Unless you have windows 7 or less and a CD slot in your computer, you cannot get the photos off of it and they are lost forever.
absolutely horrible product I dont know why they sell these anymore if they need software from 12 years ago.

DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA

disposable cameras are built better,  it's made of extremely cheap plastic. If you remove the batteries or they die, you will lose all of your pictures.
