I have had this speaker for 6 months or so and couldn't be happier.  I use it in blue tooth mode with my phone and I cast to it from my phone and tablets using chromecast to play my google music playlist. I love the portability, I carry around the house, nice easy strap and soft rubber bottom to protect it when putting down.

I've had this speaker for several weeks and have it in my shop. The sound is fantastic...great range and wonderful bass. It's connected to my smartphone and I couldn't be happier. Volume is perfect for listening over my machine tools and when they're not running, the tone quality is superb even at low volume.

Love This Speaker

I purchased the crave 360 hoping to get some quality lows but did not get the deep base I was expecting.  Seemed pretty run of the mill for speakers within the category.   You expect more for less given the brand's reputation with TV's but it did not extend to the speaker.  Nonetheless, it is better than average but not by much.

It's ok, but I expected better

I don't know what everyone is complaining about.  The speakers were set up in about 10 minutes.  The only challenge I had was that I didn't realize you need to use a Google app (chrome cast) which is in the Google home (android) app in order to set up speaker groups.

I bought 2 of these to use as chromecast audio speakers. A little clunky on the setup but chromecast audio is fairly new and all seems to be working fine now. Have not had some of the issues others had. Use them as room speakers and sometimes move them outside,

Great sound, perfect for a room

Great sound, at any price. At the price Jet is offering you can't beat it. I have complete full home Vizio sound system comprising of; 2 crave 360, 2 Crave Pros, 1 4551 5.1 sound bar that plays, and a 36" 5.1 sound bar. All sound fantastic. My only complaint is the speakers will drop off when all playing together thru out my home This is either a Google Home or Vizio's software issue.

The speaker sounds great and when it works it works well that said we had a lot of problems.
- We had to run through the setup wizard multiple times before Google Cast worked.
- When using Google Cast the speaker would randomly skip to the next song in the playlist mid song.
- The speaker would randomly resume playing after pausing playback on the phone.
- The speaker would randomly make a bonging sound (I guess it is a connection alert sound or something) while just sitting on its base.

I really loved the idea of this speaker but the software on it was REALLY buggy and made it unusable.

Great in theory, poor in reality.

None of this has anything to do with Sam's Club or my experience with them, the purchase, delivery, and price of the product has been excellent, the problem is with the product.  It is advertised to be able to cast with the Vizio 60" display screen and the Vizio Soundbar Theater Sound system I also purchased from Sam's club.  Unfortunately, according to the Vizio  Customer service Department, they have not completed the programming to allow the Crave 360 Speaker to work with the display and soundbar yet.  They are still working with Google to make them compatible.  Their "quick start" book and their advertising doesn't say it's not ready, it's only after you spend 2-3 hours trying to pair the equipment and decide to call the customer service that you find it out.  I will keep the speaker and hope the programming is completed in the very near future, however, I strongly suggest any of you contemplating making the purchase anticipating it will add another remote speaker to your system make certain it will accomplish what you want it to before spending your hard-earned money.

This is not ready to be released by Vizio

Apparently I had a defective unit. Several days of back and forth with Vizio support to conclude my unit has a "power issue". The speaker would randomly pause or more accurately shut off (and on again at time sporadically). This is what I wrote back to support: "I read the reviews on Sam's club, Folks are having similar and/or the same problems I've been experiencing. I returned the unit to Sam's club for a refund. I don't have the patience to put up with a half-baked product release. Too bad because I would have considered a Crave Pro or two for about the house but a poor showing has shut that idea down. Chalk it up to lost revenue. Vizio might make great TV's but outside of that my experience thus far with Vizio products has been disappointing. Need I say the "Vizio Co-star". 


Until manufacturers get serious about producing quality consumer grade product I'll continue to push back."

Crave 360 has mediocre sound. Rates one star because connecting the 360 to an in home network was a huge chore. The speaker was hard to get connected to the network, hard to add to a zone in Google Home and does not reliably stay connected. Perhaps because the was the “2016 version”. Not nearly as graceful to operate as Competitors. I am a big fan of Vizeo but this product is a big swing and miss
