I find the size of the tube a bit expensive BUT, just a tiny, tiny bit rubbed into your hands and smoothed over your hair proves to be a superior remedy for split ends and fly away hair.  Alo leaves my hair with a beautiful sheen.

This product has been around for years. 
Just a little bit goes a long way.  Use it and your hair will be so shiny.  Used on dry hair is best , but can be used on damp hair as well. It Protects your hair from damage while blow drying.  Try it!  
There are two types one for darker hair and. one for gray and blond.

This product won't disappoint those of us who are a little older (and wiser)!  My hair is more manageable and I give V05 all the credit. When my hair is almost dry, I use a small amount on my palms %26 fingers to massage into hair nice scent.

When my granddaughters hair became a unruly mess that she couldn't tame l introduce d her to VO5. She's found different ways to use it that I've never thought of. She uses it before she shampoos. Making her extremely curly hair soft and manageable. Not to mention the great shine she has now. It feels great to be able to pass down a product that's this good. I hope it's around for her granddaughter since MY grandmother indroduced it to ME!!! Btw, it's ALSO good for coating hair sticks for a easy slide and less stress for your hair!!

With less than a size of a pea, Your hair is kept soft, no dry ends, and helps it grow..

Less than a size of a pea.. Rub into your hands completely.. a little bit goes a long ways, you don't want your hands glossy .. 
Then run your fingers/hands through your hair, making sure everywhere you rubbed into your hands has contact with your hair. Transfers from your hands to your hair,..

Also, it's best to use a mohair hair brush, or one 50/50.. The brush retains natural oils, and transfers to your hair..

works like magic !!! my front hairs was very dry i put on a little and blow dry and walahhh it was nice and not dry looking anymore. tip :do not put on all your hairs and not too much. i did my whole head and it was not the texture of silky smooth i always get.it was a bit thick looking like when you hairs is dirty. only a little on ends and very dry areas like in the front of your hair.what happen to VO5 hair lotion i used it as a kid and its completely disappeared hope they bring it back.

i bought this for my mom, she loves this stuff... for her hair it gives it volume and shine... i sweat everyday... so i dont use this.

We love VO5. I am a male and both my wife and I use it for dry hair. Just a dab rubbed in after drying and it stops fly away hair and gives it a nice sheen. I've been using it for over 50 years.

Great hair conditioner, for dry hair.

I remember this product since i was a child. It's supposed to be like a lotion type of texture.  The first part came out like how i remembered but the second time using it was all liquid. Just oil. Definitely not what I want to put in my hair. Also, it has a putrid smell.
