I trust Vornado fans to actually move air and last a long time. This fan is no different.  It came assembled and ready to use out of the box.  My office runs around 77 degrees in the summer - so I needed something to move air and cool me down.  I think in a more professional setting this fan might be a bit too loud and large - but I work in construction so no one cares about aesthetic in the office. The fan moves air! It's not blowing on me directly, but I can still feel air movement - which is why I love Vornados.  I use the 2nd highest setting.  The fan isn't quiet and I don't mind.  It creates a bit of white noise that I actually like.  The fan looks a bit industrial - so if you're looking for a cute thing to show off, this isn't it. If you want a heavy-ish fan that feels solid and can really MOVE AIR, then buy this!

Vornado fans never disappoint. They may be more expensive than other fans, but they're always worth it! This shipped quick and arrived fast, and it's kept me nice and cool during a hot June. I needed a fan that could sit on the floor, but my cat wouldn't be able to knock over or hit the blades, and this is absolutely perfect.

I love this thing.

My most recent purchase of the 623 Medium Air Circulator was a replacement for one the finally stopped working after MANY years.  I have several around the house and they all perform well.  I have always been highly satisfied with every Vornado product that I have purchased over the years.

Reliable Product

I'm a long time Vornado customer, having purchased many Type 633 fans. When I recently learned about the American made Type 623, I was excited to give it a try. It does not disappoint! Fantastic Medium Sized Fan

Typical excellent quality and design as expected from Vornado.  Not happy with cord management on these types but the fan makes up for it. Think they should consider routing the cord through the frame for a cleaner easier to use look. Would recommend.

Powerful, even at the lowest setting. The circulating air feels like you are out in the open air with a nice breeze, it doesn't feel like it's blowing straight at you which is really nice. Pretty quiet overall. I would recommend it. I am very happy I got it, you can absolutely feel the difference when you compare with regular fans. No assembly required, ready for use out of the box.  Portable, easy to move from room to room.

Worth it

Bought a Vornado 30 years ago when I didn't have the ability to put a ceiling fan in a rental property. It' s still going strong so I got another when I needed a 2nd fan. Great choice still.

Long Time Vornado Fan!

I have no air conditioning and depend on fans to move air through my home. This fan really delivers. Some of the fans I have and have had in the past, spin but none have moved air as efficiently as this fan. It's  quiet too.

This really moves the air.

Fan is OK... but very noisy !! Seems cheaply constructed. Not worth the price at all. I picked it up to move it and the front fell off !!  Do not like the 3 speeds. My old Vornado had a variable speed control and was Super Quiet !!
